La Malle des Souvenirs

Take a journey through time with this captivating memory game, which invites seniors to rediscover antique objects and uncover the mysteries of the past.

The goal of this memory game is simple: get the other residents to guess the object based on the information available. First, a short description, then increasingly specific clues. Once the object is identified, seniors are invited to talk about it, sharing their own experiences and memories related to these objects from the past. The game then becomes a real excuse for conversation, encouraging intergenerational exchange and the rediscovery of objects that were part of everyday life long ago. Through this experience, seniors can not only test their knowledge, but also immerse themselves in history in an interactive, friendly way, while discovering little-known aspects of Quebec's heritage.
